Pharmacy Weight Loss Helmsley is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in Helmsley and surrounding areas of the United Kingdom. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council standards and all applicable UK pharmacy legislation.
To use our services, you must be aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date health and personal information during registration and at every consultation.
Our weight loss services are not suitable for everyone. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue treatment if, in the clinical judgement of our pharmacist, it is not appropriate or safe for you. Patients who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have certain medical conditions may be ineligible for specific treatments.
All prescription medicines dispensed by Pharmacy Weight Loss Helmsley are issued only following a clinical assessment carried out by a qualified, GPhC-registered prescriber. No prescription will be issued without an appropriate consultation.
Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of our clinical team. Completing a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be provided. You must answer all health questionnaire questions honestly and in full. Providing false or misleading information may result in harm to your health and the immediate termination of your access to our services.
Repeat prescriptions are subject to ongoing clinical review. We reserve the right to decline a repeat prescription if it is clinically inappropriate to continue treatment.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed securely using encrypted payment technology.
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time; however, any price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
We do not store full card details on our systems. Payment processing is handled by a PCI-DSS compliant third-party provider.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked service to your nominated UK address.
Delivery times quoted are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail, courier partners, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive or controlled products where required.
We do not deliver outside the United Kingdom.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved by our pharmacist by contacting us immediately. Once a prescription has been generated and your order has been dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for prescription medicines, in accordance with UK medicines legislation and patient safety requirements.
If your order has not yet been dispensed, you are entitled to a full refund. Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 14 days. If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate.
The information provided on our website and through our consultation service is for educational and clinical purposes only. It does not replace professional medical advice from your GP or specialist. You should always inform your regular GP of any medications prescribed through our service.
In the event of a medical emergency, call 999 or attend your nearest Accident and Emergency department immediately. Do not rely on our service for urgent medical matters.
